Information you give us. When you fill in a demo or contact form we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city or country, the product or service you are interested in, and your message. When you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email we receive the details you share there.
Information collected automatically. With each form we record the page you sent it from, advertising campaign details in the link you followed (UTM parameters), your IP address and your browser type. Our server also keeps standard technical logs.
Cookies and analytics. We use essential cookies to keep the site secure and the forms working. We may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. These services set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information

Business data you enter into our products (for example stock, patient or employee records) belongs to you. On hosted plans we store it on secure servers with daily backups and role-based access, and we access it only to provide support or when you ask us to. On license plans the data stays on your own server.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of our business dealings, then delete them. Customer data is kept for the length of your subscription or support agreement.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
